- $175/45-60 min. session.
- $200/ Initial Intake Interview/90791
- $250 for 90 minute Intensive Therapy Package.
- '"No Surprises Act": You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of what your medical services will cost from your healthcare provider prior to your first appointment. Please maintain this document. This applies to patients who choose to not use their insurance or who do not have insurance. I will provide this to you at least 24 hours before your first session. If you receive a bill that is $400 over your Good Faith Estimate you have the right to dispute this bill. For more information please call 800-985-3059 or visit: https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
Insurance
Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be reimbursed. We can use the Thrizer app to do a benefits check for your out of network coverage and reimbursement. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.
I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:
- Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
- Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
- Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
- Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
- Is telehealth therapy covered at the same rate as in-office/in-person sessions?
Payment
I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payments are made using Stripe and are HIPAA secure.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours prior to avoid a cancellation charge for the full rate of the session.
